We are a cyber incident consulting company providing tailored solutions to issues arising from improper use of cyber-resources, ranging but not limited to cyber-squatting, take-downs of non-consensual content, improper content removal (i.e. perception of censorship), online identity theft, social media profile impersonation, as well as design and upgrade cyber incident prevention strategies. We continuously research AI and robotics trends, and provide opinions on viable applications of new solutions to existing conflict resolution structures.

Comments
Our current communication structure favors total user confidentiality, therefore we do not allow comments to be displayed publicly at this time. Private and/or encrypted communication is preferred.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website, subject to applicable streaming rights and royalties outside of our control.

- provide consulting services and solutions on cyber-incidents, in accordance with your instructions
- bill you for services rendered
- provide information to you about law enforcement trends and developments regarding your cyber-incident
- advise you of upcoming events, or market our services to you,
- help us make credit decisions about clients,
- prevent fraud, check the identity of new clients and prevent money-laundering
How do we collect personal information from you
We collect information only by lawful and fair means and not indiscriminately. We may collect personal information directly from you at the start of a retainer, or in the course of our representation.
Sometimes we may obtain information about you from other sources such as, credit bureaus or consumer reporting agencies, or where necessary and appropriate, by requiring third parties, such as experts, to sign a confidentiality agreement.
Given that Parano Studio is responsible for any personal information under its control, including personal information that Parano Studio may transfer to a third party for processing, we will use contractual or other means to provide a comparable level of privacy protection when personal information is being processed by a third party on Parano Studio’s behalf.

How long we retain your data
We retain your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for us to complete our dealings with you, or as may be required by law or for purpose of compliance with our professional obligations.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
We don’t accept registrations on our website at this time. In the future however, for users that register on our website (if any), we will also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users will be able to see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they won’t be able to change their username). Website administrators will also be able see and edit that information.
